After reading this book you will get a better understanding on how the music industry works as a business and ways to succeed. Russel Simmons shares a lot of his experiences that lead to his success as Def Jam President. Its kind of an old book though so some of the stuff mentioned is no longer relevant but a good read nonetheless.
