Late, great Jazz saxophonist James Moody has died at 85. Moody recorded more than 50 solo albums as well as songs with Dizzy Gillespie, Quincy Jones, Lionel Hampton and B.B. King. After battling pancreatic cancer for 10 months, Moody died Thursday in San Diego, Ca. He is best known for his 1949 hit "Moody's Mood for Love," and for making amazing music while partially deaf. A jazz legend without a doubt.
