Hey all,
It took some time but I finally got the official video for Empire State of Mind. If you haven't heard this song a million times already get prepared cuz it's going to be on every radio station within the next 3 days. Don't get the wrong idea, I like the song a lot but it's just not all that new to me (and I'm sure it probably isn't to you either). Just kick back and watch.
Enjoy!

It Aint a Diss Record, Its a Real Record
Hey all,
Check out this Beanie Sigel track talking about his feelings toward Jay-Z. Apparently, some love is lost between the 2. Don't be too surprised though. It's only a matter of time before all of the Rocafella dropees come out and let us all know whats really going on.
Enjoy!

Mos Def, Black Thought and Eminem Cypher
Hey all,
I came across this cypher and it got me excited for hip hop again. Not only do Mos and Black Thought go hard but the man who's been mr. solo dolo for a while has finally seem to come out from his shell to remind people that he still can't be touched. And in the words of the great LL Cool J...
DON'T CALL IT A COMEBACK!
Enjoy!

Wise Words from the RZA
I'm not one to catch the Bonnie Hunt Show in the mornings but i came across this clip when she had the RZA on her show. Check out RZA's words of encouragement. Regardless if you're struggling in the hood or sitting comfortable elsewhere, there's a message we can all take from this to better ourselves and each other.
Enjoy!
Oh yeah,
Go and get a copy of The Tao of Wu.

Mike Jordan's a Punk
Hey all,
Check out this story Chamillionaire tells about his interaction with NBA great Michael Jordan. I don't really know how honest Chamillionaire is but watching this definitely made me think of MJ differently.
Who woulda thought that one of America's biggest icons could be just as big of a douche?
Enjoy!

Blueprint 3 Outtakes (Hot Fire!)
Hey all,
It's been some time since the release of Jay-z's Bluprint 3 and for the most part, the album has gotten a lot of praise. I came across some unused tracks a while ago and it's crazy how these beats were passed on. Check out the link and skim through the tracks to hear for yourself

Kanye Mini-Movie
Hey all I'm back and I really hoped you missed my absence.
Anyway, Peep this mini-movie by Kanye and Spike Jonze. With all of the recent acts of craziness on Kanye's part its hard for me to think that Kanye was even really acting in this flick. However, as I kept watching I think I might have found the artistic concept of all this. In case you didn't know, Spike Jonze is the director of the new "Where The Wild Things Are", so its a little easier to understand why the video is more out there.
What do you think this video is trying to say? Let me know.
Enjoy!
