I'm finally done with this sound engineering school and I'm headed back to California where this music thing all started to intern for a recording studio.

As I sit back, puffing on this wood-tip Black&Mild, I realize that this is the last time I will be in Arizona. In all honesty, I never thought this day would come. I moved to Arizona to get a degree in journalism and I never would have thought my life would have gone in this direction.

So this is my farewell to the state of Arizona. Or more so, paying homage to a place I once hated to live. Now if that last part has you feeling offended, let me explain.

It's hard to transition from the high that college provides
- Parties practically everyday
- Beautiful woman from all over the world (NOT LIKE, "My ancestors are from Brazil," NAH NIGGA IM TALKING GIRLS THAT ARE ACTUALLY FROM BRAZIL)
- Intramural sports
- Meal Plans

To the low that comes when you go through life without a degree
- Dead-end jobs
- Bills
- Top Ramen
- Haters
- More Bills

It's easy to look at your surroundings and hate everything about it.

Sometimes the lows get so bad you think you'll never get away from em. But a wise person once said you gotta go through the Crucifixion to get to the Resurrection. And that right there is some of the realest shit I've ever heard.

So goodbye Arizona.

It's been a real roller coaster ride the past 4 years with lots of great moments and some not so great ones. But the lessons learned will always keep me focused to be the best person I know how. So now when I think about The Grand Canyon State and all I've been through, I can't do shit but smile.

Dust Cloud in Arizona

Yesterday I went out to dinner with family and during the drive back, we saw this huge dust cloud that formed in the distance.
So, we did what any normal group of people would do and drove into it.
